Over the last 3 years, we've had the opportunity to work with Epcon franchisees and
builders and have been fortunate to serve some of them.
As part of our preferred partnership with Epcon, we have taken on the task of redrawing the lineup of
Epcon plans. By doing so, we can reduce the cost & timeframe in serving Epcon franchises
that may have interest in utilizing our services.
When transitioning to our services, we will provide site specific plans & incorporate individual builder preferences and specifics as well as local codes combined with the Epcon options that are chosen by you.

LOW COST
Due to alignment with Epcon Communities, VirtuActive does not charge a redraw fee or infringe on copyright. Once "region specific" base plans are completed, plan orders for minor modifications and options take minimal time and cost.
