REDRAW WITH 3D HOURLY MODIFICATIONS
The process of taking existing 2D plans or sketched plans (residential or commercial) provided by the customer, redrawing them in 3D and making any changes that are requested.
1. INITIAL REDRAW

$0.15/sqft speciality
$250 redraw minimum
2. BEYOND THE REDRAW
An hourly quote from our 3D Manager will be provided for any 3D requests after the initial redraw. The quote will be based only off the inspiration provided by the client and is subject to change if the client adds additional requests throughout the project.

INDUSTRY PROFESSIONAL PRICING:
$120/Hour

Please note: The photos will be determined by the Designer or Drafter responsible for
the project and may not include every room in the home. If there are specific room that you
want to request, please notify your Designer/Drafter. For an expanded 3D Visual Package that includes all rooms in a home, please consult with your Designer/Drafter about using
the allotted 1 hour modification time.
